Ready for a personalized meal plan? Start by contacting us—then complete a short lifestyle questionnaire and a 5-day food vlog to help us understand your habits and preferences.
2. Your Personalized Plan
Based on your input, we prepare meal plan taylored to your needs and agree on online meeting to make necessary changes to make the plan suits you like a glow. You do not like sweet breakfast, we will include it in the plan, you do not eat fish, we include it… Afterwards you’ll receive a detailed PDF with your current lifestyle summary, set goals, and a flexible meal plan featuring 40 macro-balanced recipes you can mix and match—plus lifestyle and fitness recommendations tailored to you.
3. Ongoing Support
We’ll agree on a timeline and regular check-ins to keep you on track. You’ll have ongoing support to keep your accountability, with the freedom to ask questions or request changes anytime via email or during our scheduled updates. We understand that the questions come with new lifestyle. There is no such thing as bad question, if you are not sure, just reach to us and we will do our best to answer it as soon as possible.
